New Delhi : Reliance AIMS, India’s leading Animation and media infotainment school Bhilai centre organised an exciting film appreciation festival for the students at Magneto Mall, Raipur. The festival included an informative seminar on ‘Understanding Art of Animation Production’ coupled by a visual treat with the free screening of the movie- Smurf 2
The entire session was a boon for those wishing to get an insight into the technicalities and modalities required for producing an animation film. It especially benefited students who wished to pursue a course in animation as they will derive firsthand experience, thereby facilitating them to make an informed choice.
Vaibhav Kumaresh, Founder-Director, Vaibhav Studios was the Key speaker at the seminar. The studio has created some of India’s favourite animated content in the field of TV commercials and channel promos: the Amaron Battery ad campaign, Chulbuli for Clinic Plus, Buladi’s AIDS awareness campaign for the West Bengal government, Sagar Cement campaign for the Andhra market and Simpoo the angry Sardaar math teacher on Channel [V] to name a few. The studio is currently working on its maiden Tele feature.
The seminar ‘Understanding Art of Animation Production’ was open to youngsters in the age group of 17 to 21 years especially those who had a penchant to make a foray into this field
