New Delhi:- The legendary Pakistani singer Attaullah Khan Niazi Esakhelvi who’s also known as ‘lala’ the Pakistani singer to give his first public 
performance in a mega concert with renowned bollywood singer Harshdeep Kaur on 12th April 2014 to bring together first edition of ”IBAADAT” Mehfil-e-Ruhaaniyat at purana quila, New Delhi it was officially announced at curtain raiser press conference today.
The event is organised by the NGO AAS to support Cervical Cancer Awareness in India. Attaullah Khan maintains an immense fan base in India and is popularly known for his famous music numbers including ‘Acha sila diya’ & ‘Bedardi se pyar’, ‘Ishq Main Hum Tumhain Kya Batayain’.
Whilst speaking at the conference the legendary singer Attaullah Khan said “The whole concept of IBAADAT is conceptualized by the AAS NGO. It’s a great feeling to be a part of its first edition. I am very happy about the fact that I have been approached to perform here in India after such a longtime and that’s too supporting the awareness programme by AAS for Cervical Cancer.”
Harshdeep Kaur is an Indian playback singer known for her Sufi songs. After she won two well-acclaimed titles in talent reality shows, later established herself as a lead singer in the Bollywood music industry. Some of her popular music numbers are ”Heer” from Jab Tak Hain Jaan, ”Katiya Karun from Rockstar, and ”Ik Onkaara”, from Ranggg De Basanti.
The main focus for organising the concert is to spread the awareness about prevention & detection of Cervical cancer amongst masses, As a team of believers AAS thinks that small beginnings can initiate a big change and the world can be transformed into a beautiful place to live, says CA Virendra Kumar Goel (Convener), AAS NGO.
