Carnival Cinemas opens up its First Multiplex in Karnataka Bangalore: Feb 28, 2014. After introducing multiplex culture to 
Angamaly in Kerala and getting its presence registered in Tamil Nadu with a state of the art multiplex in Dindigul, Carnival Cinemas ventures into Karnataka by opening its first outlet in the city at Rockline Mall, Jalahalli Cross in Bangalore in the presence of Kannada and Telugu superstar Sudeep along with Sri Rockline Venkatesh (Actor cum Producer). By taking over this property from famous Kannada film producer Rockline Venkatesh, Carnival Cinemas will be running this ultramodern four screens multiplex with a seating capacity of 927 from Feb 28, 2014.
While speaking about this take over Carnival Group chairman Mr Shrikant Bhasi said, “Situated at the prime location of Jalahalli Cross, Carnival Cinemas at Rockline Mall is easily accessible and is by far the best option for the greatest, latest, mind-blowing 2D and 3D films. It incorporates the best in cinema technology such as 2K and 4K Digital projection, 7.1 Dolby surround sound, 3D enabled silver screens and a combination of JBL 3-way and 4-way speakers. By this Carnival is expanding its presence in South India and first in Karnataka and will be operating 14 screens in India.”
