Max Fashion Icon 2014″ Mumbai City Finale with COSMOPOLITAN Magazine to be held today

Max Fashion India, the leading international value fashion brand announced the MUMBAI CITY FINALS of their latest fashion property, ‘Max Fashion Icon 2014’ – A nationwide hunt for the coolest rising stars today. The tri city beauty pageant that promises to be the ultimate launch pad to India’s young, aspiring models, help them realize their dreams and be the country’s next fashion icon.

The winners of the Max Fashion Icon 2014 will get a chance of a lifetime of being photographed by Ace Fashion and Bollywood photographer, Jatin Kampani for Max Fashion Calendar. They will also be featured in top magazines like Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar and Woman’s Health, receive gift hampers worth Rs. 1.25 lakhs, a complete Max Fashion wardrobe and the opportunity to be the face of the next Max season campaign.

In an aim to select the country’s finest, Max Fashion Icon 2014 would traverse through the country’s high fashion cities to scout talent. The auditions are expecting a remarkable response from the great pool of talent that vibrant cities like Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi have to offer. The selection process would be spread across two stages; City Auditions and City Finales that further culminate into the Grand Finale, scheduled on March 6th, 2014 at Delhi.

The announcement held at Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bandra today, saw Mr. Vasanth Kumar, Executive Director – Max, Jatin Kampani, Ace Fashion and Bollywood photographer, Fashion Designer Gaurav Gupta, Cosmopolitan Editor Nandini Bhalla and Aparna Bahl, leading Fashion Choreograpger in a candid tete-a-tete about Max Fashion Icon 2014. The announcement press conference was also graced by the guest of honor, the ravishing Bollywood actor, Kalki Koechlin.

The national pageant, that promises to change the lives of many, is associated with a panel of experts from a cross-section of industries be it fashion, lifestyle, entertainment or grooming like, Jatin Kampani, Kalki Koechlin, Gaurav Gupta, Malini Ramani, to name a few.

Speaking on the occasion, Vasanth Kumar, Executive Director – Max Fashion India said, “Through Max Fashion Icon, we intend to provide an ideal platform to endow the young and talented men and women to chase their dreams. This pageant will provide a great platform for aspiring models and actors across cities.
