The debonair RanbirKapoor and the sexy Priyanka Chopra were co-hosting the ceremony at the 59th Idea Filmfare Awards 2013 held at YRF Studios, Andheri. Together they provided an effervescent camaraderie and sparkling wit and kept the audience entertained.
The stars bedazzled in their shimmering best as they swept down the red carpet to witness the much awaited awards function for the winners of 2013. The ravishing Priyanka Chopra sizzled in Ram ChaaheLeela and Ranveer Singh packed the razzmatazz withBhaiBhai, TattadTattad, Tune Maari Entry Yaar and LahuMuhLagg Gaya. ShahidKapoor started off with his deft moves in AgalBagal and SaadiKe Fall Sa and rounded off with classic Michael Jackson moves in Way You Make Me Feel.
In the midst of all the super entertainment, the super talents and the award winners of 2013 were unraveled through their envelopes. The winners accepted the coveted black statuette with jubilance, amid great fervor. This year the black lady was digitally 3-D printed to celebrate the 100 years of Hindi cinema. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Tanuja as outstanding contribution to Indian Cinema.
The 59th Idea Filmfare Awards 2013 will be telecast on the exclusively on Sony Entertainment Television on January 26, 2014 from 8 pm onwards.
