T.V. Artists are basking in name and fame but that is not enough for many an artists. They need something more to 
satiate their creative hunger. They need roles which will have depth of creating indelible impression on the audience. And, Namrata Thapa is the one who is in quest of new creative vista where she can explore as much as possible.
She has an enviable wide spectrum of repertoire: TV serials Kya Haquqat Kya Haadsa, Mahima Shanidev Ki, Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli and Zee TV’s on air Sahara One’s Jhilmil Sitaron ka Aangan Hoga and last month her serial Badalte Rishton Ki Dastan gone off air.
Namrata Thapa was busy shooting 20 days a month but cannot get over her creative vacuum because of ….. Nature of roles.Namrata Thapa says, “For an Artist, money is not the most important. Soaps and serials have created their own cocoons; and nobody wants to explore beyond. The same family structure, saas bahu, premika, and nothing more. Thus, come in an urge to do different, new role. I am tired of doing same roles with different setup and different makeup. Till now I have done positive role now I want to do negative role.”
