New Delhi: AG8 (Akriti Group) organized a musical event in old age home on the second day of its 
Joy of Giving Week Celebration. The senior citizens of Aasara Old Age Home, at Shyamala Hills, enjoyed this event to the fullest. On the first day of the Joy of Giving Week Celebration, AG8 group had organized a movie screening for orphan children in C21 mall. In this series, a musical event was organized on the other day in the old age home.
The sight of the event was a must watch where the elder people enjoyed the music and got involved with the musicians. Music truly helps people to forget their sorrows and pains, and musicians and audience get along together. Music turned the environment in such a way that became a joyous experience for everyone. The event became more intimate for all with the high tea.
Mr. Hemant Kumar, CMD of AG8 (Aakriti Group) said, “It is our sacred duty and moral obligation to look after our senior citizens and provide them with all the dignity and social security which they deserve. Our only objective behind this event was to bring smiles on the faces of these people of Aasara and I think we have succeeded in achieving it. The event has given us immense pleasure as well. The experience of the joy of giving is in real sense is joyous.”
