The Filmfare Awards have striven to achieve a perfect balance of public opinion and critical appreciation. This year too our readers around the world have voted for their favourites across 10 categories in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films. The exclusive list of nominees was announced at the press conference today.
Superstar and Filmfare Award winner, Venkatesh, along with Mr. Jitesh Pillai, Chief Community Officer and Editor, Filmfare and Mr. Ali Harris Shere, Director- Marketing, Britannia Industries Limited, lit the lamp at the press conference to announce the date and venue of the awards.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Jitesh Pillai said, “The South Awards have grown tremendously in terms of scale and the number of movies competing for the Black Lady.
