Kannada 2 300x155 Tata Sky’s Nanna 99 – subscribers can now customize their packs  Bengaluru : Tata Sky, the leading player in the DTH space, has rolled out its latest customized packs specifically for the Southern markets in India. These modular packs called the Nanna pack, now enables the viewers to avail varied regional channels at a reasonable cost along with a base pack of Rs. 99.

The Nanna 99 pack comprises of over 100 channels with genres such as general news, entertainment, movies to which subscribers can add as many language channel packs (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada) of their choice. Available to new as well as existing subscribers, this pack is specifically conceptualized keeping in mind the requirements of the subscribers residing in the south. This will open up new subscribers to superior quality TV channels and benchmark services of Tata Sky.

When asked about the new Nanna99 pack, Malay Dikshit, Chief Communication Officer, Tata Sky said, “This move will help Tata Sky to tackle analog users in the region situated within urban and rural areas. Being price and value sensitive subscribers were keen to do away with the other language channels that they didn’t view as a part of their base pack and stick to a bouquet of only their favorite language channels. Nanna 99 pack is the answer for all those subscribers.”

With the challenge of digitization across the state, such customized and mini packs will give the DTH sector the much needed push. The Nanna 99 pack will address this need and provide access to more regional content at price points better than cable or analog services.
