Supreme Court on Wednesday set aside Rajasthan High Court order keeping in suspension conviction of actor Salman Khan in Black Buck case.
The Apex Court has asked the High Court to consider afresh Salman’s plea on the issue of staying the conviction.
In another development from the apex court, the Supreme Court on Wednesday granted three months extension to murder accused.
Italian Marine Massimiliano Latorre to stay in his country on medical grounds. Latorre, one of the two Italian marines facing murder charges in the fishermen killing case had, on January 7, moved the apex court seeking extension of his stay in Italy on the ground that he had undergone a heart surgery on January 5.
The case against marines pertains to the killing of two Indian fishermen off Kerala coast on February 15, 2012.
