New Delhi: Jewelry has been an accessory for women across the ages, and is an expression of an art form that can be expressed at any particular time. The jewelry that one chooses will reflect one’s personality, contrary to a designer who said “jewelry takes people’s minds off your wrinkles.”
Reflecting this essential aspect of every woman’s psyche, Parampara Jewellery Fashion Mahotsav (PJFM) is being held to bring out the best in jewelry designs and styles.
To be organized by the Hare Krishna Entertainment which has been part of the fashion industry for almost two decades, the Jewellery & Dress Designer Exhibition and Fashion Show will be held at Hotel Piccadily in Janak Puri, New Delhi from 4 and 5 January 2015. The exhibition will be from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm while the Fashion Showtime will be from 6:00 pm to 12:00 pm.
The Event already has a confirmed tie up with the renowned Karol Bagh Jewellers Association which will also be a part of PJFM, the association is also participating in PJFM to promote their members in the event and encouraging their 250+ registered Jewelers to participate in the Mahotsav.
Hare Krishna Entertainment Managing Director Vijay Vikram said: “The Mahotsav has been conceptualized to strengthen relations – both internal as well as external – amongst designers and the public. The Showcase will be a high-profile affair, with the who’s who coming along to witness the latest collections of each designer. Featured giant Indoor catwalk and fashion parades will showcase the latest in-season trends from many fashion retailers and designers. And to enlighten everyone’s mood, the glam night will be garnished with refreshing entertainment.”
Fully conscious of the significance of money and efforts spent by fashion organizations to enhance their brand value, Hare Krishna Entertainment has structured the Exhibition in a well-executed format. The initiative is to plan global standardized jewelry and apparels fashion show and exhibition.
But the Mahotsav will not merely mean fashion displays and shows, but serious business as well – thus going beyond the run of the mill and clichéd concepts and standards of all glamour shows.
Giving details, the Director Mr Harish K Vashist said: “Around 25 fashion designers will showcase their collections. A total of 35 female models and 20 male models will add spice with their presentations. The designers will be helped to present their theme-based concepts.”
“Each day, there will be two belly dancing performance to boost the glamour angle. The event is being aided by two prominent choreographers, six videographers, six still photographers he added.

Out of the many other Jewellery Designers DJewels Karol Bagh will also be showcasing their Diamond Jewellery Collection in PJFM
A competitive event, it will have eight rounds with a semi Grand Finale in the seventh round, and a Grand Finale of the Day.
PJFM is aimed at ensuring that some raw and new talent is brought to the fore and goes on to make a name in the world of fashion and jewelry.
