Bangalore: Kingfisher Premium announced its epic 10th edition of India’s largest music and beer fiesta – The Great Indian Octoberfest 2014, today. Scheduled to take place on the 
weekend of October 17 – 19 at EZone Club, Marathalli the fun fiesta is all set to ignite the festivities amongst Bangaloreans!
Kingfisher Premium added a new dimension to the 10th edition with the unveiling of the first of its kind crowd sourced, limited edition draught beer can. Created by Meenal, the hipster theme of the can design has been inspired by the carefree nature of music and beer lovers at TGIOF. Also present at the launch was Bangalore’s home grown Raghu Dixit – providing a sneak preview of his scintillating plans for TGIOF. Making the crowd swoon to their acoustic tunes, Bangalore-based band One Nite Stand kicked off the music revelry for the upcoming fest.
In its 10th year, KingfisherTGIOF promises to scale up the energy and excitement tenfold with an impressive line-up of several artists and bands across various genres. As a special treat for metal heads, progressive metal band The Ocean Collective is making its way to take center stage all the way from Germany. Fans would also be in for some groovy reggae performances by the ‘Boomshackalak’ maestro, Apache Indian. Infusing soulful Indian renditions into the music fête will be renowned musicians Lucky Ali, Benny Dayal, Manganiyar Seduction, Raghu Dixit Project and many more. The fest will also see exciting twists in the form of stand-up comedy, karaoke and songwriting in this edition. Coupled with an unlimited flow of a variety of Kingfisher beer, KingfisherTGIOF assures to be an extravagant swirl of beer, music, food, flea market, gaming and other entertainment.

Kingfisher Premium introduced The Great Indian Octoberfest in Bangalore in 2005. Last year, approximately 25,000 people made TGIOF their weekend destination to unwind and bond over great music, flea markets, fun beer games and an extensive choice of food stalls accompanied by free flowing Kingfisher beer.
